INTECH Announces Management Change

(Cont. news of INTECH): deviation: After being informed about significant irregularities and discrepancies in respect of the Company assets and financial transactions, the Commission appointed G Kibria & Co., Chartered Accountants to conduct SPECIAL AUDIT over Intech Limited and current Statutory Auditor Islam Quazi Shafique & Co., Chartered Accountants also found that most of the assets of Intech Ltd. disclosed by Previous management was fictitious, which are adjusted with the Retained Earnings.
