INTECH Board to Review Q1–Q3 Results for FY 2022–23 on 15 November 2023

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 15, 2023 at 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2022, Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2022 and Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2023.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 15 নভেম্বর, 2023 তারিখে বিকাল 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM এবং পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। 5:00 PM, অন্যদের মধ্যে, 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2022-এ শেষ হওয়া প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q1) মেয়াদ, 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2022-এ শেষ হওয়া দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) সময়কাল এবং তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-অডিট করা আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করার জন্য 31 মার্চ, 2023 শেষ হয়েছে।
