INTECH Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2025

(Cont. news of INTECH): 2. Interest Waiver on Loan: The company settled a long outstanding term loan during this quarter, it led to a significant reduction in liabilities and acquire of an interest waiver Taka 14,646,455.00, which is the result of negotiations with creditors. As per Income Tax ordinance 1984 Under Section 19 Subsection 11 the interest waiver is recognized as business Income which increased in income for the quarter. (cont.2)

(INTECH-এর চলমান সংবাদ): ২. ঋণের সুদ মওকুফ: এই ত্রৈমাসিকে কোম্পানিটি দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ঋণ পরিশোধ করেছে, যার ফলে দায় উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে হ্রাস পেয়েছে এবং ঋণদাতাদের সাথে আলোচনার ফলে ১৪,৬৪৬,৪৫৫.০০ টাকা সুদ মওকুফ হয়েছে। আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ ১৯৮৪ অনুসারে, ধারা ১৯ উপধারা ১১ এর অধীনে, সুদ মওকুফকে ব্যবসায়িক আয় হিসাবে স্বীকৃত করা হয়েছে যা ত্রৈমাসিকের জন্য আয় বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। (অবিলম্বে ২)
