INTRACO Corporate Disclosure — 22 May 2023

The Company has informed that it has entered into an agreement with Sundarban Gas Company Limited on May 21, 2023 for transportation of Compressed natural gas (CNG) from Bhola to Dhaka. The company has also informed that in the 1st phase, daily 5 MMCF gas to be compressed and distributed from Bhola to Dhaka in 3 to 4 months and in the 2nd phase, additional 20 MMCFD gas to be added with the existing capacity within next 12 months.
