(Continuation news of INTRACO): and BDT 150 million under Public Offer. The coupon rate of the bond is fixed at 7% p.a. which will be paid semiannually to the investors. The bond can be fully converted into the ordinary shares of the company at investor's discretion. The fund would be utilized for setting up 3 (Three) CNG stations, setting up 5 (Five) LPG Stations, and Setting up 5 (Five) Mother-Daughter CNG stations. (end)
