INTRACO Board Meeting on 28 October 2023

The company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2023 at 3:00 PM to approve the scheme of amalgamation for merger of M. Hye & Co. CNG Refueling Station Limited, Nessa & Sons Limited, and Good CNG Re-fueling Station Limited with the company subject to compliance with the conditions as provided in the scheme, sanction of the scheme by the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (cont.)

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে M. Hye & Co. CNG Refueling Station Limited, Nessa & Sons Limited, এর একীভূতকরণের পরিকল্পনা অনুমোদনের জন্য 28 অক্টোবর, 2023 বিকাল 3:00 টায় পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এবং কোম্পানির সাথে গুড সিএনজি রি-ফুয়েলিং স্টেশন লিমিটেড স্কিমে প্রদত্ত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলা সাপেক্ষে, বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ কর্তৃক স্কিমটির অনুমোদন (চলবে)
