INTRACO Corporate Disclosure — 2 March 2025

The company in its Board of Directors Meeting held on February 27, 2025 decided that one of their subsidiary company "Intraco Automobiles Ltd." completed its lease tenure with the Station Land Owner and they do not want to continue the operation of the CNG station from 1st week of March 2025. In this regard the Board of Directors of the company decided to transfer all the investment with Intraco Automobiles Ltd. to their Bhola Non-Pipe Gas Line Unit (IRSPLC).

কোম্পানিটি ২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে তাদের একটি সাবসিডিয়ারি কোম্পানি "ইন্ট্রাকো অটোমোবাইলস লিমিটেড" স্টেশন জমির মালিকের সাথে তার লিজের মেয়াদ শেষ করেছে এবং তারা ২০২৫ সালের মার্চ মাসের প্রথম সপ্তাহ থেকে সিএনজি স্টেশনের কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যেতে চায় না। এই প্রেক্ষিতে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ইন্ট্রাকো অটোমোবাইলস লিমিটেডের সাথে সমস্ত বিনিয়োগ তাদের ভোলা নন-পাইপ গ্যাস লাইন ইউনিটে (IRSPLC) স্থানান্তর করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
