The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2019 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on June 04, 2020 and it has also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders Bank Accounts through BEFTN system on June 09, 2020. Fraction Shares were not sold to till date because the floor price. When these shares will be sold fractional amount will be distributed to the respective bank accounts of the shareholder through BEFTN system.
