In case of non-submission of such option within the stipulated time, the dividend will be paid off as deemed appropriate by the Company. The Company has also requested the brokerage houses to provide a statement with the details (name of the shareholders, BO ID number, client-wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivable) (cont. 2)
