The Company has informed that the BSEC has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Zero Coupon Bond of Tk. 300.00 crore to raise capital of IPDC Finance Limited, subject to the condition that IPDC shall comply with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and conditions imposed under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
