The Company has informed that the BOD of the Company has recommended to change the name of the Company from Industrial Promotion and Development Company of Bangladesh Limited to IPDC Finance Limited. The execution of the name change of the Company shall be subject to the approval of shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), Bangladesh Bank, BSEC and other relevant regulatory bodies.
