IPDC Corporate Disclosure — 13 September 2022

The Company has informed that Bangladesh Bank has accorded its approval through Standard Chartered Bank for availing long term financing of EURO 15.00 Million from Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG), Germany. The company has further informed that the approval comes with certain conditions which will require IPDC to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the loan with the lender.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক স্ট্যান্ডার্ড চার্টার্ড ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে ইউরো 15.00 মিলিয়ন ইউরোর দীর্ঘমেয়াদী অর্থায়ন পাওয়ার জন্য তার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে ডয়েচে ইনভেস্টিশনস-উন্ড এন্টউইক্লুংগেসেলশ্যাফ্ট (ডিইজি), জার্মানি। সংস্থাটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনুমোদনটি কিছু শর্তের সাথে আসে যার জন্য আইপিডিসিকে ঋণদাতার সাথে ঋণের শর্তাবলী নিয়ে পুনরায় আলোচনা করতে হবে।
