Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.06.2021 regarding issuance of Non-Convertible unsecured coupon bearing Subordinated Bond, the Company further informed that BSEC has accorded its consent to issue non-convertible, fully redeemable, unsecured, floating rate Subordinated Bond amounting BDT 150.00 Crore on range of Coupon Rate of 7.50% to 10.00% through private placement. 23.06.2021 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি দেখুন অধীনস্থ বন্ড বহনকারী নন-কনভার্টেবল অসুরক্ষিত কুপন ইস্যু করার বিষয়ে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে BSEC নন-কনভার্টেবল, সম্পূর্ণ পুনরুদ্ধারযোগ্য, অসুরক্ষিত, ফ্লোটিং রেট সাবর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড ইস্যু করার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে 7.50% থেকে 10.00% পর্যন্ত কুপন রেট রেঞ্জে BDT 150.00 কোটি। (চলবে)
