IPDC Corporate Disclosure — 20 November 2022

(Continuation news of IPDC): This Bond will be issued to the institutional investors and High Influential Individual Investors. The company has also informed that this fund will be used for strengthening the Tier II Capital Base and future growth. Face value of this bond will be BDT 1.00 Crore. CAPM Advisory Limited and Eastern Bank Limited are respectively working as Trustee and Arranger of this bond. This bond will also be included in the Alternative Trading Board. (end)
