IPDC Completes 15% Cash Dividend Disbursement

The company has requested the shareholders to update their bank account number, address, mobile number through their DPs & respective BO accounts with 12 digits taxpayer's Identification Number (e-TIN) number through their respective DPs before the Record Date on 24 April 2024. If anyone fails to update their e-TIN in BO Account before the Record Date, disbursement of respective cash dividend will be subject to deduction of AIT @15% instead of 10% as per the Section 54 of Income Tax Ordinance 1984.(cont.1)

কোম্পানি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের তাদের ডিপি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিও অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে 24 এপ্রিল 2024 তারিখের রেকর্ড তারিখের আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ডিপিগুলির মাধ্যমে 12 সংখ্যার করদাতার সনাক্তকরণ নম্বর (ই-টিআইএন) নম্বরের মাধ্যমে তাদের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর আপডেট করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে। রেকর্ড তারিখের আগে কেউ বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে তাদের ই-টিআইএন আপডেট করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ 1984-এর ধারা 54 অনুসারে সংশ্লিষ্ট নগদ লভ্যাংশের 10% এর পরিবর্তে AIT @15% কেটে নেওয়া হবে। )
