IPDC Corporate Disclosure — 2 July 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AAA" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-1" হিসাবে নিশ্চিত করেছে, পাশাপাশি ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করেছে।
