IPDC Corporate Disclosure — 2 August 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to commence shariah compliant business operations under Islamic Finance window, subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities in Bangladesh. The operations of Shariah compliant business will run simultaneously with existing operations.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বাংলাদেশের সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে ইসলামিক ফাইন্যান্স উইন্ডোর অধীনে শরিয়াহসম্মত ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম শুরু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। শরিয়াহসম্মত এই ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম বিদ্যমান কার্যক্রমের পাশাপাশি একযোগে চলবে।
