The company has informed that Bangladesh Bank has accorded its in principle permission to the Company to initiate Islamic Shariah based Financing Business through an 'Islamic Finance Wing' subject to fulfilment of the stipulated terms and conditions. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, নির্ধারিত শর্তাবলী পূরণ সাপেক্ষে একটি 'ইসলামিক ফাইন্যান্স উইং'-এর মাধ্যমে ইসলামী শরিয়াহ ভিত্তিক অর্থায়ন ব্যবসা শুরু করার জন্য বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক নীতিগতভাবে অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। কোম্পানিটি মেমোরেন্ডাম ও আর্টিকেলস অফ অ্যাসোসিয়েশন সংশোধন এবং একটি স্বাধীন শরিয়াহ কমিটি গঠনসহ প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করবে। (চলবে)
