Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 06.06.2021 regarding Decision to issue IBBL 2nd Perpetual Mudaraba Bond BDT 8,000 million the Company has further informed that has accorded consent to Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited for raising Additional Tier-I regulatory capital through issuance of IBBL 2nd Perpetual Mudaraba Bond of BDT 8,000 million.
