(Cont. news of ISLAMIBANK): through issuance of Mudaraba Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond valuing BDT 6,000 million only (2nd Tranche of 3rd Bond) under private placement in order to strengthen Capital Base of the Bank. The consent has been accorded subject to compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and shall adhere to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
