The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has been dissolved by Bangladesh Bank vide a letter dated August 22, 2024 and formed the new Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC with the following Independent Directors: 01.
