(ইসলামিব্যাঙ্কের খবর অব্যাহত): প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্ট/অফারের অধীনে 500 কোটি টাকার IBBPLC পঞ্চম মুদারাবা রিডিমেবল নন-কনভার্টেবল সাবঅর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে। বিএসইসি (ডেট সিকিউরিটিজ) বিধিমালা, 2021 অনুযায়ী প্রাসঙ্গিক আইন ও নিয়ন্ত্রক প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেনে চলা এবং সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ অর্ডিন্যান্স, 1969-এর ধারা- 2CC-এর অধীনে BSEC দ্বারা আরোপিত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলার সাপেক্ষে সম্মতি দেওয়া হয়েছে।
