(cont. news of ISLAMIBANK): was not resolved in the 363rd Meeting (Adjourned) of the Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC held on 29th May, 2025 at 3.00 PM due to some unavoidable circumstances. Meanwhile, they have sought 3 (three) months' extended time to the Regulatory Authorities (Bangladesh Bank & BSEC) for finalization of the Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended on 31st December, 2024.
