(cont. news of ISLAMIBANK): will be Tk. 50 (Fifty) crore which shall be increased from time to time as per the investment requirement. IBBPLC will hold at least 51% shares of the Subsidiary Company and the remaining shares may be offered to strategic investors as per MFS Guidelines of Bangladesh Bank. (end)
