(IBBPLC) has approved the proposal for onboarding B100 Holdings LLC, USA, as a Strategic Investor in mCash Ltd., a subsidiary company of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC formed for (cont.1)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, ৮ই মার্চ, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের ৩৯৫তম সভায় নিম্নলিখিত মূল্য সংবেদনশীল সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে: ইসলামী ব্যাংক বাংলাদেশ পিএলসি (IBBPLC) এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ (চলমান ১) এর জন্য গঠিত ইসলামী ব্যাংক বাংলাদেশ পিএলসির একটি সহায়ক সংস্থা mCash লিমিটেডে B100 Holdings LLC, USA-কে কৌশলগত বিনিয়োগকারী হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে।
