The Company has further informed that, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM instead of April 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.
