Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.05.2019 regarding issuance of Non-Convertible Fully Redeemable Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that BSEC has given its consent for issuance of 7 years lFlL Mudaraba Non Convertible Fully Redeemable Subordinated Bond of Tk. 300.00 crore only through private placement for raising fund subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank.
