Referring to the earlier declaration made by a Sponsor Mr. Md. Fazlul Hoque, regarding sale of 2,00,000 shares (news disseminated by DSE on 25.10.2016), the Sponsor has further informed that he failed to sell the above mentioned shares within the stipulated time. After receiving permission from the BSEC, he further expressed his intention to sell 2,00,000 shares within next 30 working days starting from August 20, 2017; i.e. the date of issuing the consent letter by the BSEC.
