ISLAMICFIN Corporate Disclosure — 21 May 2023

(Continuation news of ISLAMICFIN): in the Bangladesh Labor Act,2006 and amendments made therein on July 22, 2013 should not be applicable for Banks and Financial Institutions and requested to the Ministry of Labor and Employment to take necessary steps in this regard as well as not to apply the said chapter of Labor Act, 2006 for Banks and Financial Institutions. Therefore, like other Banks and Financial Institutions, IFIL did not recognize the WPPF. (cont.7)

(ইসলামিকফিনের ধারাবাহিক খবর): বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, 2006 এবং তাতে 22 জুলাই, 2013 তারিখে করা সংশোধনীগুলি ব্যাংক ও আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে না এবং শ্রম ও কর্মসংস্থান মন্ত্রণালয়কে এ বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে। ব্যাংক এবং আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য শ্রম আইন, 2006 এর উল্লিখিত অধ্যায় প্রয়োগ না করার জন্য। তাই, অন্যান্য ব্যাঙ্ক এবং আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের মত, IFIL WPPF-কে স্বীকৃতি দেয়নি। (চলবে)
