(Continuation news of ISLAMICFIN): Note # 2.27.02: Gratuity scheme: Islamic Finance and Investment Limited has a funded gratuity for all eligible employees who have completed minimum 5 (five) years of continuous service with the Company. This scheme was approved by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and is administered by an independent Board of Trustee. This fund is invested separately from the Company's assets. (cont.8)

(ইসলামিকফিনের ধারাবাহিক খবর): নোট # 2.27.02: গ্র্যাচুইটি স্কিম: ইসলামিক ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্ট লিমিটেড কোম্পানির সাথে ন্যূনতম 5 (পাঁচ) বছরের একটানা সেবা সম্পন্ন করেছে এমন সমস্ত যোগ্য কর্মচারীদের জন্য একটি তহবিলযুক্ত গ্র্যাচুইটি রয়েছে। এই স্কিমটি জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (NBR) দ্বারা অনুমোদিত এবং একটি স্বাধীন বোর্ড অফ ট্রাস্টি দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়৷ এই তহবিল কোম্পানির সম্পদ থেকে আলাদাভাবে বিনিয়োগ করা হয়। (চলমান 8)
