The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 21, 2025 approved the valuation report of the mentioned Land and Building of the Company. Total Net Book Value before revaluation (BDT) (Land + Building): (235,828,105 + 40,970,485) =276,798,590. Market Value after revaluation (BDT) (Land + Building): (288,262,380 + 293,352,722) =581,615,102.
