The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its 378th meeting held on June 25,2026 decided that Mr. Md. Taufikul Hakim, Executive Vice President (the senior-most employee) will hold the current charge of the Managing Director effective from 01 August 2026 to till appointment of new Managing Director.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৫ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার ৩৭৮তম সভায় সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যে, নির্বাহী ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট (জ্যেষ্ঠতম কর্মচারী) জনাব মো. তৌফিকুল হাকিম ০১ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে নতুন ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নিয়োগ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালকের বর্তমান দায়িত্বে অধিষ্ঠিত থাকবেন।
