The auditor of the Information Services Network Ltd has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: (1) As disclosed in note 9.00 of notes to the financial statements an amount of Tk. 14,715,000 has been shown under two sub head namely Mujibul Huq and Others.
