(Continuation news of ISNLTD): Emphasis of Matters: (i) As per the decision of the Board in its 110th Board Meeting hold on 12.10.2021, Tk. 92,947,273 of Accounts Receivable has been written off through statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive Income for the year, for which profit and EPS have been significantly affected. Management has described the matter in note no. 03.03, note no. 07.00 & note no. 37 (ii) of notes to the financial statements. (cont.4)
