(Continuation news of ISNLTD): at all time,jointly minimum 30% (thirty percent) shares of the paid up capital of the company violating BSEC notification no. BSEC / CMRRCD / 2009-193 / 217 / Admin / 90. 3. The company has availed loan of TK. 3,416,000 from the employees' provident fund violating Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 as amended in 2018. Interest has been charged @ 4% during the year which is lower than as prescribed in Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 as amended in 2018. (cont.3)

(ISNLTD-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): সর্বদা, কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধনের যৌথভাবে সর্বনিম্ন 30% (ত্রিশ শতাংশ) শেয়ার বিএসইসি বিজ্ঞপ্তি নং লঙ্ঘন করে। বিএসইসি / সিএমআরআরসিডি / 2009-193 / 217 / অ্যাডমিন / 90. 3. কোম্পানিটি টাকা ঋণ নিয়েছে। 2018 সালে সংশোধিত বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন 2006 লঙ্ঘন করে কর্মচারীদের ভবিষ্য তহবিল থেকে 3,416,000 টাকা। বছরে 4% @ সুদ ধার্য করা হয়েছে যা 2018 সালে সংশোধিত বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন 2006-এ নির্ধারিত থেকে কম। (চলবে)
