ITC Corporate Disclosure — 12 March 2023

(Continuation news of ITC): shall be "ITC Tower" having equipped with modern IT infrastructure & multiple state-of-the-art data centers with the total project cost of Tk. 280.00 (Two Hundred Eighty) Crore including cost of land which is more than 50% of the total tangible assets as shown in the statement of Financial Position as of end of the financial year 2021-2022 subject to approval of the Shareholders. (ITC-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): "ITC টাওয়ার" হবে আধুনিক আইটি অবকাঠামো এবং একাধিক অত্যাধুনিক ডেটা সেন্টারের সাথে সজ্জিত যার মোট প্রকল্প ব্যয় হচ্ছে টাকা। 280.00 (দুইশত আশি) কোটি টাকা জমির খরচ সহ যা শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে 2021-2022 আর্থিক বছরের শেষ পর্যন্ত আর্থিক অবস্থানের বিবৃতিতে দেখানো মোট বাস্তব সম্পদের 50% এর বেশি। (চলমান 4)
