ITC Corporate Disclosure — 12 October 2025

The Board of Directors of the company has approved that the Company will invest as equity Partner of the formation of new subsidiary Company of City Bank PLC. under the proposed tittle of "City Credit Bureau PLC." Up-to a value of Ten percent (10%) of the Paid up Capital and the Managing Director & CEO, Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir as nominated & authorized for all operational activities on behalf of the company.

কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ "সিটি ক্রেডিট ব্যুরো পিএলসি" এর প্রস্তাবিত শিরোনামের অধীনে সিটি ব্যাংক পিএলসি-এর নতুন সহায়ক কোম্পানি গঠনে ইক্যুইটি অংশীদার হিসেবে বিনিয়োগের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। পরিশোধিত মূলধনের সর্বোচ্চ দশ শতাংশ (১০%) এবং কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা ড. কাজী সাইফুদ্দিন মুনিরকে সকল পরিচালনা কার্যক্রমের জন্য মনোনীত ও অনুমোদিত করা হয়েছে।
