Rezaul Karim Ansari, a Sponsor shareholder of Jamuna Bank Ltd., has been transmitted to his successors (wife and sons) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate: (1) 12,40,849 shares to Mrs. Marium Akter (wife), (2) 21,71,486 shares to Mr. Mahmudul Karim Ansari (Son), (3) 21,71,486 shares to Mr. Momtazul Karim Ansari (Son) and (4) 21,71,486 shares to Mr. Redwanul Karim Ansari (Son).
