Husna Ara Begum, one of the sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to receive total 70,16,100 shares of the Company from her sons, namely, Hasnat Mosharraf (23,38,700 shares), Hasib Mosharraf (23,38,700 shares) and Faheem Mosharraf (23,38,700 shares), all are Sponsors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
