The Company has informed that BSEC vide its letter dated October 29, 2014 has given consent to Jamuna Bank Ltd. to raise the Bank's Tier-II Regulatory Capital through issuance of coupon bearing subordinated non-convertible redeemable bond of Tk. 2,000.00 million (200 bonds of Tk. 10 million each).
