JAMUNABANK Corporate Disclosure — 1 December 2013

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to raise fund through placement as part of the Tier-II Regulatory Capital following 'Guideline of Risk Based Capital Adequacy' of Bangladesh Bank against issuance of Subordinated Debt up to Tk. 2,000.00 million, to be issued in multiple tranche and to be determined by the facility arranger in lieu of earlier issue subject to approval of Regulatory bodies and by the shareholders. The date, time and venue of the general meeting to be notified later on.
