(Continuation news of JAMUNABANK): Section 26 & 32 of Bank Companies Act 1991 (amended upto 2018) and obtaining necessary approval from the Central Bank/Regulatory Authority(ies)/Regulatory Body(ies) of Spain. The main objective of establishing the said exchange house is to inflow foreign remittance into the Country through banking channel. (end)
