The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, among others, has decided to purchase a land measuring area more or less 110 katha from China Bangla Agro Feeds at District: Dhaka, Thana: Khilkhet, Union Land Office: Dumni, Mouza: Mostul at a total cost of Tk. 137.50 crore (excluding the cost of registration and other related expenses) subject to obtaining necessary approval from the regulatory body(ies) in this regard.
