Mr. Abu Khair Mohammed Sakhawat, one of the Sponsors of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 5,166,598 shares out of his holding of 14,166,598 shares of the company to his wife Nasrin Jahan (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2023.
