JAMUNABANK Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of JAMUNABANK): as against Tk. 1.95 (restated), Tk. 24.20 (restated) and Tk. 11.28 (restated) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2022. Reason for deviation: NOCFS has increased compare to previous year due to increase of cash flows from operating activities over the previous year. Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: a. The retained amount of recommended stock dividend will be used to strengthen the capital base of the Bank as per (cont.2)
