JAMUNABANK Corporate Disclosure — 15 May 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company decided to issue BDT 5,000.00 million non-convertible, redeemable, unsecured and tradable short-term money market debt instrument on a revolving basis in the name of "Jamuna Bank Short Note" for business growth and diversification of product, subject to approval of concerned Regulatory Authority(ies). The above instrument will have 91/182/364 days maturity with a facility of buying and selling through two-way quotation within the maturity.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ব্যবসার জন্য "যমুনা ব্যাংক শর্ট নোট" নামে একটি ঘূর্ণায়মান ভিত্তিতে 5,000.00 মিলিয়ন টাকা নন-কনভার্টেবল, রিডিমেবল, আনসিকিউরড এবং ট্রেডযোগ্য স্বল্পমেয়াদী মানি মার্কেট ডেট ইনস্ট্রুমেন্ট ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে পণ্যের বৃদ্ধি এবং বৈচিত্র্য। উপরের ইন্সট্রুমেন্টে 91/182/364 দিনের মেয়াদ থাকবে এবং ম্যাচিউরিটির মধ্যে দ্বিমুখী কোটেশনের মাধ্যমে ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সুবিধা থাকবে।
