(Continuation news of JAMUNAOIL): constructing airport road without payment of compensation to the company. The company has no agreement with Chittagong Dry Dock Ltd for using possession although the company sent several reminders to Chittagong Dry Dock Ltd. to execute lease agreement or to return the possession of the land. Eventually, the Company is deprived of economic benefit that could have been generated from the said asset (Note-03.02). (cont.4)

(যমুনাওয়েলের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানিকে ক্ষতিপূরণ না দিয়ে বিমানবন্দর সড়ক নির্মাণ। চিটাগাং ড্রাই ডক লিমিটেডের সাথে দখল ব্যবহার করার জন্য কোম্পানির কোন চুক্তি নেই যদিও কোম্পানিটি চিটাগাং ড্রাই ডক লিমিটেডকে ইজারা চুক্তি সম্পাদন করতে বা জমির দখল ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য বেশ কয়েকটি অনুস্মারক প্রেরণ করেছিল। অবশেষে, কোম্পানি অর্থনৈতিক সুবিধা থেকে বঞ্চিত হয় যা উল্লিখিত সম্পদ থেকে উত্পন্ন হতে পারে (নোট-03.02)। (চলমান 4)
