JAMUNAOIL Corporate Disclosure — 20 November 2022

(Continuation news of JAMUNAOIL): iii. While computing Gratuity liability, the requirement of IAS-19 about creating provision on the basis of Actuarial computation has not been followed. The company maintains an unfunded Gratuity scheme for its permanent employees in accordance with Gratuity rules and provision the balance of which stands taka 928,986,426 as on 30 June 2022. The Gratuity fund is yet to be recognized by the Income Tax Authority (Note -16.00). (cont.6)

(JAMUNAOIL এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): iii. গ্র্যাচুইটি দায় গণনা করার সময়, অ্যাকচুয়ারিয়াল কম্পিউটেশনের ভিত্তিতে বিধান তৈরি করার বিষয়ে IAS-19-এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসরণ করা হয়নি। কোম্পানী তার স্থায়ী কর্মচারীদের জন্য গ্র্যাচুইটি নিয়ম অনুসারে একটি ফান্ডেড গ্র্যাচুইটি স্কিম বজায় রাখে এবং 30 জুন 2022 পর্যন্ত 928,986,426 টাকা ব্যালেন্সের ব্যবস্থা করে। গ্র্যাচুইটি তহবিল এখনও আয়কর কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা স্বীকৃত হয়নি (নোট -16.00)। (চলমান 6)
