JAMUNAOIL Corporate Disclosure — 1 January 2024

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned surveillance rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements for the year ended on June 30, 2023 and unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 along other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) 30 জুন, 2023-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA+" এবং স্বল্প মেয়াদে "ST-1" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি রেটিং নির্ধারণ করেছে। এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্য সহ 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2023 সমাপ্ত ত্রৈমাসিকের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি।
