Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.12.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to hold the 49th AGM by using the digital platform on 22-02-2025 at 12:00 Noon in lieu of 08-02-2025 at 4:00 pm due to unavoidable circumstances. All other matters/information regarding 49th AGM will remain unchanged.
